Our company is looking for a Relationship Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing and new business clients;
- Diary Management;
- Act as a first port of contact for clients, receiving bookings, accurately recording information;
- Assist in the recruitment of new staff;
- Gain candidate and client information;
- Work as part of a strong team to consistently meet and exceed individual and branch targets;
- Confidently recruit new healthcare and nursing staff; from initial online application leading to their first shift worked;
- Accurately assess inbound enquiries, maximise sales opportunities and understand the customers’ requirements to discuss all available products;
- Work closely with other business areas to ensure a seamless customer experience;
- Support Management with the strategic direction and sales opportunities for the branch;
- To live and role-model the company values;
- Establish long term relationships with existing customers, contacting them through the entire customer journey;
- General Administration tasks where needed;
- Manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates and cases fund within desired timeframes;
- Be a key point of contact for staff, dealing with any queries that arise, taking action to resolve any concerns swiftly and with ease.
Requirements:
- Able to work to sales targets;
- Attention to detail;
- Ideally a recruitment, business development or account managing background;
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude;
- Great customer service;
- Confident with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- A natural friendly and engaging personality – a self-starter with strong personal drive to achieve results;
- Recognises the need to maintain a professional level of confidentiality;
- Very organised;
- Customer relationship management/ business development/ sales experience;
- Takes responsibility for self-development and actively seeks way to improve own performance;
- Able to multitask;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Resilience within a fast-paced environment and can manage impacts in a positive ‘can do’ way;
