Our company is looking for a Relationship Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with existing and new business clients;
  • Diary Management;
  • Act as a first port of contact for clients, receiving bookings, accurately recording information;
  • Assist in the recruitment of new staff;
  • Gain candidate and client information;
  • Work as part of a strong team to consistently meet and exceed individual and branch targets;
  • Confidently recruit new healthcare and nursing staff; from initial online application leading to their first shift worked;
  • Accurately assess inbound enquiries, maximise sales opportunities and understand the customers’ requirements to discuss all available products;
  • Work closely with other business areas to ensure a seamless customer experience;
  • Support Management with the strategic direction and sales opportunities for the branch;
  • To live and role-model the company values;
  • Establish long term relationships with existing customers, contacting them through the entire customer journey;
  • General Administration tasks where needed;
  • Manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates and cases fund within desired timeframes;
  • Be a key point of contact for staff, dealing with any queries that arise, taking action to resolve any concerns swiftly and with ease.

Requirements:

  • Able to work to sales targets;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ideally a recruitment, business development or account managing background;
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude;
  • Great customer service;
  • Confident with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • A natural friendly and engaging personality – a self-starter with strong personal drive to achieve results;
  • Recognises the need to maintain a professional level of confidentiality;
  • Very organised;
  • Customer relationship management/ business development/ sales experience;
  • Takes responsibility for self-development and actively seeks way to improve own performance;
  • Able to multitask;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Resilience within a fast-paced environment and can manage impacts in a positive ‘can do’ way;
