Our company is looking for a Reward Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning;

  • This includes leading and coordinating activity with relevant internal partners and third parties to provide end to end accountability of the process;
  • Manage the operation of the all employee share plan and executive share plans, working closely with our external plan administrator;
  • Working with Talent to ensure alignment of processes and manager capability ultimately embedding a high-performance culture;
  • Work with Immigration and Tax advisers to ensure visa and tax compliance;
  • Support the Director of Reward with the design and activation of the reward strategy;
  • Provide high quality and pragmatic advice to the business on appropriate packages, costs and tax implications of all types of international moves;
  • Specifically, in the UK run the annual flex bens cycle, liaising with suppliers as necessary and ensure its operation throughout the year;
  • Develop high quality reward programmes that support the delivery of the reward strategy and more broadly, support Britvic’s values;
  • Manage Annual Pay review process across UK business;
  • Provide information to senior managers for salary and package bench-marking;
  • Benchmark salaries and pay packages with competitors and market rates;
  • Liaison with CBS on car schemes and ensuring correct payments/collections made on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Expert in sourcing, summarising and interpreting salary and benefit survey data (essential);
  • International Reward & Benefits design and implementation experience;
  • Comfortable leading and implementing projects across multiple stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodology (desirable). Either Towers Watson and/or Hay;
  • Global mobility policy and related tax, payroll and HR processes;
  • Experience in new country set-ups (highly desirable);
  • Working to tight timescales and deadlines;
