Responsibilities:
- You will be using booking software to schedule the service technician day;
- Using in-house software to gain booking information;
- Dealing with / processing inbound and outbound booking enquiries;
- Handling customer’s calls asking to schedule service appointments;
- Managing the progression of sales through to exchange and completion;
- Giving exceptional customer service and maintaining good customer relations;
- Driving the company forward by achieving sales targets;
- Liaising with Solicitors regarding mortgage applications;
- Liaising with Sales manager to ensure company goals reached;
- Preparing the show homes before customer visits.
Requirements:
- Proven track record within a B2B sales environment essential.
