Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update administrative systems to make more efficient;
  • Dealing with Sales and Marketing administration;
  • Assist in the project management of new projects from planning to mass production stage;
  • Repurposing all videos across social media platforms;
  • Maintain contact lists;
  • Assist in preparation of necessary internal documentation and presentation material for project approval and project stage progress;
  • Creative work for emails and social media;
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
  • Analysis of market data (collating, benchmarking & presenting market data);
  • Generating internal & external product specification in a variety of formats;
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner;
  • Following up on Sales leads for trade shows and exhibitions;
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
  • Setting up ZOOM and making sure that all webinars are recorded;
  • Marketing automation for webinars, online summits, free giveaways, eBooks, etc. – all to do with the bottom end of the funnel.

Requirements:

  • You must be a graduate, ideally with a 2:1, from a good university;
  • I.T. skills must include Word, Excel & PowerPoint to a high standard;
  • The ability to deliver key presentations, including some technical content, to multiple stakeholders;
  • Some travel will be required in this role, sometimes at short notice;
  • Strong communication within the team is also critical as you will need to then pass on the co-ordination of the course to the programme co-ordinator;
  • The ideal candidate will display demonstrable experience in a similar role while also demonstrating energy, focus and the ability to execute;
  • The ability to multitask within a dynamic & pressurised environment is essential;
  • Must possess good administrative skills, excellent communication and English language ability;
  • Must be able to show good interpersonal skills with high degree of confidence;
  • You will need to have a good grasp of English and a willingness to research the courses you are promoting;
  • Someone confident and able to make bold decisions is a necessity;
  • This role would suit someone wishing to gain sales and marketing experience and will equip you with a variety of experience;
  • A qualification, such as HND or above, in a sales, planning or marketing discipline would be advantageous;
  • Technically proficient with an extremely keen eye for detail;
  • Flexible attitude to respond to business needs.
