Our company is looking for a Sales and order processing administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other ad hoc duties;
  • Outbound calling to existing and potential customers to up sell/cross sell products;
  • Administration support to both internal and external sales teams;
  • Communicating with suppliers for updates and relaying information to customers;
  • Effective communication with customers – dealing with pricing, availability and delivery updates.

Requirements:

  • Confident dealing with customers and supplier over the telephone;
  • Sales office background;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office systems. (work, excel, outlook);
  • Experience working with Sage200 and Salesforce is desirable.
