Our company is looking for a Sales and order processing administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other ad hoc duties;
- Outbound calling to existing and potential customers to up sell/cross sell products;
- Administration support to both internal and external sales teams;
- Communicating with suppliers for updates and relaying information to customers;
- Effective communication with customers – dealing with pricing, availability and delivery updates.
Requirements:
- Confident dealing with customers and supplier over the telephone;
- Sales office background;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office systems. (work, excel, outlook);
- Experience working with Sage200 and Salesforce is desirable.
