Sales Co-Ordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively work towards keeping up to date with company processes and policies and adhering to all FCA legislation and regulatory guidelines;
- Managing project schedules and maintaining and updating live orders;
- Provide administrative support within the customer journey;
- Act as the first point of contact on-call campaigns to bolster a customer’s interest and generate a lead for the Sales Advisers;
- To constantly display and encourage ActiveQuote company values of INTEGRITY, UNITY, INNOVATION and PASSION;
- Processing and producing the sales orders, working directly with the sales team;
- Achieve and maintain targets for productivity, quality and compliance;
- Engaging with clients, supporting them with enquires and queries;
- Reviewing order patterns;
- Scheduling calls to chase new & repeat orders;
- Quoting existing or new customers and chasing feedback;
- Servicing approximately 130 accounts;
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date on the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Commercial awareness;
- Good level of numeracy/literacy;
- Great telephone skills;
- Strong administrative experience gained within a customer service environment;
- Provide advice to customers on suitability of courses;
- Experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Liaise with existing and new customer enquiries in a business to business environment;
- Take financial responsibility for ensuring prices quoted are in accordance with policy;
- A high degree of accuracy;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ensure a constant high level of confidentiality;
- As we are regulated by the FCA we are unable to take applications from anyone with a history of bankruptcy, IVAs or CCJs;
- Deal with all inbound enquiries;
- Liaise with course tutors and facilitators;
- Normal business hours are between 9am – 8pm Mon-Thurs, 9am – 5.30pm Friday, 10am – 2pm Sat.
