Our company is looking for a Sales Development Manager, EMEA to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and the Partner network to drive success in the region;
  • Attend Marketing, Sales, and internal Sales Development management meetings as necessary;
  • Report weekly metrics for SQLs, SAOs, and other metrics as required by management;
  • Manage a team of SDRs covering the EMEA region;
  • Provide appropriate feedback to ensure continuous process optimization;
  • Hold weekly 1:1 coaching and catch up sessions with team members as well as a weekly team meeting;
  • Travel to support regional Conferences/Events and to HQ as needed;
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects/events;
  • Regular meetings with Regional Sales Leadership;
  • Drive persona and value-based messaging with SDR teamPromote Marketing initiatives in the EMEA region.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals;
  • 2+ years of Sales Development Management experience;
  • The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it;
  • Solid presentation skills;
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a strong writer, speaker, and listener;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently;
  • Sales training, Salesforce.com, Outreach, and ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg experience a plus;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude;
  • Servant Leadership mindset;
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution preferred;
  • Cybersecurity background a plus but not required;
  • Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability.
