Our company is looking for a sales development representative (german-speaking) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed pipeline on our CRM and produce sales forecasts;
- Research and map out targeted accounts to become an expert in client’s products and target market;
- Conduct presentations with our partner and/or field sales representative to consultatively review the account;
- Perform additional services as and when required for the client;
- Have in-depth and/or complex sales conversations at director/C level to understand upcoming projects and needs within the business;
- Identify fully qualified sales opportunities and book a call/meeting for the client directly;
- Reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn to ascertain and speak to key decision makers within the business;
- Reach out to and follow up with respondent marketing programs to initiate conversation;
- Own documentation with our prospects, including capturing use cases, lead scores, purchase timeframes, and next steps;
- Establish rapport and build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders, including senior executives (VPs, SVPs, EVPs);
- Understand Privitar’s target market, buyer personas and value drivers so that you can position our solution;
- Prioritize opportunities and mobilize the appropriate internal resources to help accelerate our sales cycles;
- Leverage all contacts to identify other prospects through referralsIdentify decision-makers and company goals to position Privitar appropriately;
- Partner with Marketing on driving attendance to events, tradeshows, webinars, and conferences;
- Generate, retain, and engage a high volume of new leads in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Organizational skills and a results-oriented, self-starter attitude;
- Fluent in English and German both written and verbal;
- Customer-oriented writing skills;
- Must be flexible to travel to regional training courses and events;
- Interest in working at a fast-paced, high-growth, sometimes nebulous company;
- Hunter mentality;
- Over-the-top motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create conversations;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high-volume pace;
- 6+ months of experience in Enterprise B2B software/SaaS sales a strong plus;
- Excited about learning CEM and discovering where customers are in their journey;
- Comfort recording everything into our CRM system (salesforce.com – we can only improve what we measure);
- Strong oral and written communication;
- Native/Fluent in Gernan and English;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written capabilities;
- Ability to engage with customers and prospects at every level of the organization – from the frontline to the C-Suite.
