Responsibilities:

  • Attract and build a sales team;
  • Ensure a robust sales process and brand values are consistent;

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and experience working on public sector tender processes is an advantage;
  • Excellent business acumen with an innate understanding of global market trends, changing booking patterns and has in a competitive environment;

  • Comfortable working in both a hands on sales and team leadership capacity;
  • Analytical with a creative approach to problem solving;
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with your signed Confidentiality/Non-Compete Agreement;
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions;
  • Willingness and enjoyment of international travel;
  • 5-10 years selling capital equipment and laboratory services;
  • Proven performance selling technically oriented products and laboratory services to pharmaceutical/biotechnology customers;
  • Ability to understand and communicate business concepts;
  • Startup experience – ability and willingness to be hands-on for the entire sales cycle;
