Responsibilities:
- Work with a variety of information sources to help create new sales opportunities and ensure that they are tracked and managed;
- Ensure that customer queries / requirements are managed and satisfied;
- Calling existing clients;
- Responsible for the day-to-day support of the sales force and customers using established ‘relationship management’ processes / systems;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required;
