Our company is looking for a Sales Manager-Northern Europe to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure technical and commercial conditions for profitable Aftermarket business;
  • Support the global Aerospace Team in growing the business;
  • Delivers complete and accurate quote request information;
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the direct Aerospace Sales Team, helping them achieve their targets;
  • Continuously monitor the market in order to identify new developments, trends and business potential;
  • Ensure full compliance with Export Control, Legal requirements and Ethical rules;
  • Develop the business through existing Customers, seeking new opportunities for additional partnerships;
  • Drive the sales team focused on the Northern European territory;
  • Develop a customer first culture;
  • Build skills and knowledge of new technologies and processes;
  • Meet the agreed sales target. Set targets, incentive and development plans for all associates in the team;
  • Negotiate, conclude and lead contracts with customers, agents and consultants.

Requirements:

  • sales and management experience;
  • Engineering Degree;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • To work safely, following the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures;
  • Selling high technology products to the Aerospace Customers;
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written). Other languages desired;
  • Ability to work across a Multicultural and Matrix organisation;
  • Ability to prioritise actions and have a sense of urgency;
  • Proven track record in leading and motivate a Team;
  • Able to travel;
  • Understanding of financial reports and tools;
  • Experience in the Aerospace sector.
