Our company is looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day to day activities of colleagues whilst showing true leadership abilities;
  • Leading on strategic communications projects for clients and strategy development;
  • Plan, schedule and estimate costs managing the day-to-day running of creative and delivery teams – facilitating and leading productive conversations;
  • Lead projects and wider accounts ensuring we’re adding value in work delivered while continually evolving the partnership;
  • Responsible for delivery of day-to-day processes;
  • Work with finance on billing set up and invoicing as per the contracts;
  • Manage key strategic account(s); develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points and ensure customer success;
  • Manage weekly status documents for review internally and externally;
  • Prepare insights reporting, including analysis and research;
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams and CTO organisation to continuously innovate and meet and exceed customer goals;
  • Deliver integrated communications strategies and campaign development;
  • Adhere to established processes;
  • You will be the client lead on major accounts managing a team of PR professionals at different levels to deliver on campaign objectives;
  • Facilitate appropriate and timely responses to crisis situations and ensure thorough briefing of spokespeople and lead any media training for clients;
  • Taking responsibility for delivering campaigns within client’s budget and meeting KPIs.

  • Team management experience, including experience developing a team;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile campaigns, across EMEA/globally;
  • Extensive experience in Integrated communications – in an agency &/or within applicable industry;
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the fashion industry fashion;
  • Using new technologies and never been done before approaches;
  • Team player and team leader.
