Our company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in revenue generating process, including creating projects and contracts, raising invoices and reporting on debt statistics;
  • Work closely with US & internal audit teams both in terms of month end close & continued Sarbanes Oxley compliance;
  • Coordination between Project/ Transcreation Management, client and agencies;
  • Distribute contact reports and agendas;
  • Help drive reporting processes for key stakeholders across the Group;
  • Ad hoc analysis and production of reports for board presentations;
  • Streamline reporting processes and looks for opportunities to improve reporting tools leading to improved efficiency and a reduction of duplication;
  • Support the preparation and delivery of Board and Audit Committee papers as necessary;
  • Indentifying new business opportunities and areas for growth;
  • Business partnering with relevant head of department to discuss Cost Analysis;
  • Supporting internal teams to help each other out when needed;
  • Have a keen eye for recognising opportunities to grow current accounts and add to the growing portfolio of clients;
  • Working with Regional Operations Managers to set annual business targets;
  • Ensure appropriate postings are included for all journals, accruals and prepayments;
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and get things done.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail;
  • Support the AD in supplying client management information and reporting;
  • Pro-active in spotting opportunities to improve the growth of both existing and potential client accounts;
  • Experience in clear presentation of information;
  • Working collaboratively with a range of internal team at all levels to ensure the job gets done;
  • You will be challenged to be the best, exceed your own expectations and push yourself;
  • Strong Digital Marketing knowledge (SEO, Content, PPC, CRO, Display etc);
  • ability to juggle numerous tasks at once effectively;
  • ACA/CIMA Qualified;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • ability to run jobs through the agency from concept through to delivery;
  • Good commercial acumen;
  • All aspects of Print knowledge desired;
  • Familiarity with tight deadlines, strong controls and accurate reconciliations.
