Senior Asset Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Asset Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director on a regular basis;
- Responsible for refurbishments, delivery of new lettings and negotiating terms with tenants;
- Identify and deliver asset management initiatives to increase net income across the portfolio;
- Assisting with the sourcing and due diligence behind new acquisitions and disposals.
Requirements:
- Experience within the following; L&T, Valuations, Agency and some Estate Management;
- MRICS essential.
