Our company is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and aligning the innovation strategy & pipeline;
  • Working with media agencies to create innovative campaigns;
  • Managing multi-million pound marketing campaigns;
  • Achieving financial and market share targets. Fully P&L responsible;
  • Annual brand plan & financial delivery for your category;
  • Be a champion for the brands that you look after;
  • Development and implementation of the strategic and operational brand marketing plan (short and medium term);
  • Responsible for achievement of financial and market share targets. Full P&L responsibility;
  • Managing direct report;
  • Lead key strategic cross-functional work stream;
  • Assist the Head of Brand in implementing a brand strategy across a large and fragmented organisation;
  • Tracking consumer activation and packaging spend;
  • Work closely with the tech team to identify and deliver initiatives to improve the user experience for the brands on the platform;
  • Negotiate awesome terms & deals with brands, like exclusivity. We like exclusivity, like a lot;
  • Generation of consumer insights and intelligence to inform strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • High level of personal organisation and attention to detail;
  • The ability to network quickly with a diverse range of stakeholders;
  • Passion for innovation and brand transformation;
  • Strong analytical skills (IRI/Nielsen preferred but not essential);
  • Good strategic thinker with desire to create an impact;
  • PC literate – in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Have experience in leading an NPD project from creation through to launch;
  • Lots of passion for developing brands;
  • An ambitious driven Brand Manager;
  • Understanding of lifestyle focused brands;
  • Excellent campaign implementation;
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with confidence;
  • Previously used data and insight to drive and execute;
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude with creative flair;
  • Cross functional/market experience (Customer Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Insight, Global).
