Our company is looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Health and Safety assessments of employer’s premises, ensuring timely completion;
  • Participating in performance management procedures and undertaking staff training;
  • Arranging work placements in line with strategic and performance targets;
  • Assisting the Business Development Manager in the interpretation of MI reports, and in detecting trends and patterns in employer and learner activity;
  • Keeping up to date with developments relevant to the post;
  • Maintaining regular employer contact by means of company visits, direct mail, email and telephone;
  • Attending meetings for the Business Development Manager as and when required;
  • Establishing a bank of employers with employment opportunities for learners.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be target driven and proactive towards their work;
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and maintain high standards that will sit alongside the Client’s short and long term goals;
  • Candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively by means of presentations and reports;
  • Experience within a sales role including cold calling, lead generation and working to targets;
  • A relevant professional qualification.
