Our company is looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Health and Safety assessments of employer’s premises, ensuring timely completion;
- Participating in performance management procedures and undertaking staff training;
- Arranging work placements in line with strategic and performance targets;
- Assisting the Business Development Manager in the interpretation of MI reports, and in detecting trends and patterns in employer and learner activity;
- Keeping up to date with developments relevant to the post;
- Maintaining regular employer contact by means of company visits, direct mail, email and telephone;
- Attending meetings for the Business Development Manager as and when required;
- Establishing a bank of employers with employment opportunities for learners.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be target driven and proactive towards their work;
- Ability to prioritise workloads and maintain high standards that will sit alongside the Client’s short and long term goals;
- Candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively by means of presentations and reports;
- Experience within a sales role including cold calling, lead generation and working to targets;
- A relevant professional qualification.
