Responsibilities:
- Attending exhibitions/ seminars;
- Develop and secure new business;
- Managing a 360 Degree Sales from qualification to completion;
- Independently find and create new business opportunities;
- Accurately forecast predicted outcomes;
- To develop key relationships;
- Achieve the sales target as set out by the business;
- Creating both online and offline collateral;
- Developing and implementing the M&BD plans;
- Sell a portfolio of products and services;
- Effectively brief the GBS Global Snapshot delivery team on project requirements;
- Liaise with peers in other countries to share best practices;
- Assess client needs, manage client expectations and translate needs to project requirements;

- Hunt new business opportunities outside the existing or traditional Nielsen client base.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, organisational and project management skills;

- Excellent interpersonal skills and good judgment, with an ability to build rapport with people at all levels of seniority;
- Experience and confidence in using digital platforms would be beneficial although not essential;
- Able to create new leads from cold calling;

- Proven track record in business development within an events related industry;
- Speaks and writes the English language fluently;
