Our company is looking for a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Helping the young people to overcome difficulties or disadvantages holding them back from fulfilling their potential;
- Promoting the young person’s independence and developing their life skills;
- Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care;
- Organising and accompanying the young people on social activities and appointments;
- Work alongside Management Team to achieve personal KPIs;
- Co-ordinate the delivery of care plans;
- Provide a caring and supportive environment for children that respects their individual needs and boundaries.
Requirements:
- Must have relevant qualification – NVQ/QCF Level 3 – Children and Young People;
- Must hold U.K Driving Licence;
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in residential childcare;
- Excellent communication skills.
