Our company is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ad-hoc projects to ensure all issues are resolved and fully reported as well as implementing improvements within Finance Change programme;
  • Manage system/process improvements and documentation of controls;
  • Planning and coordinating preparation and review process of external reporting prior to submission;
  • Day to day line management of direct report(s);
  • Manage the review process for legal entity results and external returns;
  • Preparing and reviewing all reporting for the group including service companies and holding companies;
  • Production of Board Reporting and sub-committees including detailed financial analysis & commentary;
  • Participate in client fee negotiations;
  • Contribute to all aspects of contract negotiation, monitoring and QIPP supporting the seniors as required at internal and external meetings;
  • Attend and participate in quarterly jurisdictional, management and production meetings;
  • Oversight of administration, payments and cash management across structures;
  • Manage the audit process for all clients building a strong relationship with audit firms;
  • Manage and train staff;
  • Lead a team of Financial Reporting Managers, administrator and accountants;
  • High Quality reviewing of work completed by managers including review of accounts, reports, statements, VAT returns and CIS reporting.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualifed;
  • Major client relationship management experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop close relationships with clients, colleagues and business contacts;
  • Considerable fund or property accounting experience;
  • Yardi experience is an advantage;
  • Good understanding of real estate, infrastructure and private debt asset classes.
