Our company is looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leave, dismissals, terminations and disciplinary processes;
  • Uploading all documents onto a HR system;
  • Probationary periods;
  • GDPR Compliance with HR Data;
  • Supporting HR leader with complex and on-going cases;
  • New employee paperwork compliance and inductions;
  • General HR administration;
  • Long term absences and holidays;
  • Managing HR inbox and responding to first line queries;
  • Recruitment process and procedures;
  • Monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practices;
  • Amending and updating any New Starter information;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices;
  • Processing New Starter forms/ paperwork;
  • Supporting with elements of payroll.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude;
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent;
  • Understanding of UK labour laws and visa processes;
  • Organisational and time management abilities;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Working within the financial industry would be beneficial but not necessary;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as HR Officer, Senior Administrator or other HR positions;
  • Integrity and reliability;
  • High-level analysis and reporting.
