Senior HR Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Leave, dismissals, terminations and disciplinary processes;
- Uploading all documents onto a HR system;
- Probationary periods;
- GDPR Compliance with HR Data;
- Supporting HR leader with complex and on-going cases;
- New employee paperwork compliance and inductions;
- General HR administration;
- Long term absences and holidays;
- Managing HR inbox and responding to first line queries;
- Recruitment process and procedures;
- Monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practices;
- Amending and updating any New Starter information;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices;
- Processing New Starter forms/ paperwork;
- Supporting with elements of payroll.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK;
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude;
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent;
- Understanding of UK labour laws and visa processes;
- Organisational and time management abilities;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Working within the financial industry would be beneficial but not necessary;
- At least 2-3 years of experience as HR Officer, Senior Administrator or other HR positions;
- Integrity and reliability;
- High-level analysis and reporting.
