Our company is looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase web traffic through SEO/ SEM, PPC, online partnerships, affiliates, email and remarketing campaigns;
  • Align with brand founder to reflect her vision in the execution of all marketing, design communication and brand messaging;
  • To produce and manage a customer acquisition campaign plan to deliver agreed targets;
  • To execute a targeted influencer outreach and partnership program to raise brand profile;
  • Produce annual marketing and PR campaign plans for the online store to deliver agreed budgets and objectives;
  • To undertake regular competitor reviews;
  • To manage and execute social media strategy across multiple platforms;
  • To manage all assets for the brand including images, video and written;
  • Planning digital advertising campaigns, and brief design collaborators to coordinate the creation of marketing collateral;
  • Planning digital campaigns to drive forward the promotion of academic products, and raise awareness around the brand;
  • Researching the market, monitoring competitor activity;
  • Assisting with the development of the team, with occasional coaching of junior staff;
  • Taking care of cross-promotion on the company’s social media platforms, and managing social media activity for targeted areas.

Requirements:

  • Ownership of company social media accounts and driving engagement;
  • Previous recruitment marketing experience;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an online and offline marketing role with a cosmetics/beauty brand;
  • Experience in initiating, nurturing and growing influencer relationships;
  • A driven and ambitious outlook with a hands-on, focused approach to business growth;
  • Solid digital marketing experience including SEO and PPC;
  • Proficient in proof-reading and ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage and deliver against multiple priorities and to tight deadlines;
  • Ability to manage the changing needs and demands of multiple stakeholders;
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced copy writing skills;
