Our company is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team.


  • eMail marketing;
  • Organise and attend marketing events and exhibitions;
  • Analyse how customers move through the opportunity funnel;
  • Execution of campaign messaging across the website using the CMS system;
  • Managing all social media channels and website;
  • Plan, execute and report on marketing automation programmes/campaigns;
  • Work with key various business functions to develop and produce relevant marketing collateral;
  • Email nurture campaign set up and execution;
  • End-to-end event management;
  • Maintain company CRM system and responsibility for product related data in conjunction with the sales function;
  • Briefing any agencies and/or third party media suppliers;
  • Provide support and guidance to our schools on local marketing;
  • Provide training and advice on marketing material (via our templating tool, photos storage system, permissions management, website etc.);
  • Working with marketing agencies and managing project delivery from start to finish eg POS, collateral;
  • Manage, build and own performance of campaigns and marketing programs.


  • Experience in a marketing department or agency, preferably within the insurance / financial services or B2B technology;
  • Understanding of the various marketing and communication components;
  • Hubspot;
  • Knowledge of markteting systems such as CRM, email marketing and content management systems;
  • Knowledge of marketing communications and branding;
  • Experience of producing marketing communications materials and planning and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns;
  • Strong organisation and budgeting skills with good attention to detail;
  • Email marketing software experience ( or similar ESP);
  • Membership Body;
  • Creative flair, and an eye for design, typography and layout (we can’t stress this enough either);
  • Ambitious, eager to develop own skills and take on more responsibility (essential);
  • Degree educated in English language or Marketing;
  • Creative flair and confidence with a positive attitude;
