Our company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive effective communication campaigns around product, artisans and case studies that deliver against commercial KPI’s;
  • True and accurate application of the brand in all spheres;
  • Ensure appropriate brand representation throughout all marketing activity;
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and apply learnings to future campaigns across all service plans and marketing plans;
  • Drive the strategic marketing plans in accordance with service capacity and budgets;
  • Managing company website;
  • Provide copy for website and public relations;
  • Oversee the production of the annual membership directory;
  • Email outreach and nurture campaigns including organic & paid advertising, multi-channel content distribution, email marketing, lead generation;
  • Develop and manage direct reports;
  • Manage all exhibition stands as the company exhibits globally include trade shows in Europe, USA and China;
  • Manage construction PR agencies and attend monthly update meeting with regional PR agency;
  • Deliver marketing literature, including brochures, leaflets and award entries;
  • Work closely with the heads of departments including sales, marketing , finance;
  • Manage design process of all marketing collateral including CGIs, development models, brochures and manage approval process.

Requirements:

  • Ability to think laterally and work collaboratively with other staff members and third-party organisations;
  • Strong numeracy with fluency in using various data platforms to build a complete picture of spend and output;
  • Management experience of a small team with a view to support in their growth and development;
  • Budget management experience;
  • Passionate, Inspirational, Motivational & a Selfless Leader;
  • Track record of delivering marketing campaigns;
  • Be aware of the impact and implications of decisions on other areas of the organisation;
  • Experience of B2B marketing;
  • Think outside the box and suggest new channels in a proactive manner;
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing events;
  • Degree in Marketing, Management or Business Studies;
  • Adapt well to diverse audiences and environments;
  • Be the Brand – act as ambassador, representing the brand aesthetic through its product as well as through the brand values;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach;
  • A data led person whose second nature is to be led by the insight as well as understanding the right data to be led by.
