Our company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking New Business finance documentation raised by Sales colleagues;
  • Managing and coaching a team;
  • Optimise outputs from the whole facility including balancing cost against revenue using key performance indicators (KPIs) and best practice working;
  • Establish frameworks and systems for improving performance and governance of the operations;
  • Leading all the UK operational activities which contribute to the effective production and delivery of goods;
  • Validating that credit conditions have been met prior to pay out;
  • Price checking and validation of New Business transactions prior to pay out;
  • Ensuring the business meets KYC and AML requirements;
  • developing a long term operational strategy to continually improve the safety, health, performance and sustainability of the mortar and screed assets;
  • Performance reporting;
  • Develop a long term project pipeline and capital plan to ensure the business is able to deliver against market trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • You must have a good working knowledge and understand of Macros on Microsoft Excel;
  • An ambitious and trustworthy individual with a strong backbone for operational efficiency, operating at the start-up pace;
  • Operational management experience;
  • Previous experience managing a team of staff;
  • An entrepreneurial hunger to progress a career at the company and to develop key skills and knowledge across the entire business;
  • 3+ years management and operational experience of implementing process change;
  • Ability to build consensus relationships among managers, partners and employees;
