Senior Portfolio Property Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Portfolio Property Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement income collection / debt reduction procedure ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved;
- Work with line manager to acquire new management instructions in accordance with lettings and portfolio management strategy;
- Ensure the regular inspection of all managed buildings and the maintenance of reports concerning those inspections;
- Ensure Health & Safety, emergency procedures and safe working practices are established, maintained and conform with current legislation;
- Negotiate deposit releases and arrange re-marketing as appropriate;
- Supervise and monitor the maintenance and updating of the computerised property records system;
- Liaise with tenants and lessees and residents’ associations as and when required and to attend meetings;
- Pre and post tenancy work including minor refurbishments;
- Provide management and reporting information as and when required;
- Identify and implement initiatives to ensure the property portfolio maximises income and capital growth and is fit for purpose.
Requirements:
- Key stakeholder and people management experience;
- Excellent written and verbal skills;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Park operational knowledge (desirable);
- Good commercial and business acumen;
- Good interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint.
