Our company is looking for a Service Design Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of internal and external resources required to support design activities;
  • Attendance of client meetings to act as a SME on Ultima Managed Services.

Requirements:

  • Attendance of customer sales meetings to act as a SME on Ultima Managed Services;
  • Ownership of relevant supplier assessments and onboarding processes and documentation;
  • Creation of competitor analysis reviews to assess prospective services against the wider market;
  • Attendance of relevant Industry events to understand emerging market trends;
  • Creation of regular Service Design related business reporting;
  • Experience working for a managed service provider, delivering fully outsourced services;
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an IT Role, with a broad technical background across cloud, onprem DC, EUC;
  • Creation of all service design related documents including but not limited to SDP’s and business cases;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Regular reviews with the Ultima Pre Sales department to understand customer demand for IT Services;
  • 2 years’ experience in a comparable Design or Service Architect role;
  • Financial and commercial awareness;
  • Minimum ITIL Foundation certification;
  • Attendance and leadership of customer service discovery and validation workshops;
  • Coordination of internal and external resources required to support the design process.
