Strategist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Strategist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Getting involved with pitches and presenting to clients in concise and innovative ways;
- Supporting on client accounts, looking at ways to develop these;
- Writing simple and effective strategy documents;
- Reading data and plucking key insights from research to craft brand strategies and strategic recommendations for clients;
- Supporting more junior members of the strategy and research teams;
- Working closely with the research and creative teams on a day to day basis, as well as the strategy team of 4 (including Strategy Director).
Requirements:
- Playing an active role in developing new business for existing clients;
- Being actively involved in proposal writing and helping to grow the business;
- Managing positive client relationships;
- Line managing and coaching team members;
- Contributing to strategic problem solving against client”s business challenges.
