Responsibilities:
- To drive sales, strategy, market share, and client satisfaction across the real estate sector;
- Lead and develop the sales team;
- Influence product proposition for the benefit of clients;
- To drive business growth within the commercial real estate sector;
- Understand trends in the sector within and beyond sustainability;
- Collaborate with central marketing, sales and delivery teams in order to maximise opportunities;
- Drive international growth within the business.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable success in developing business and building successful relationships with key clients in the commercial real estate sector;
- A strong track record overseeing a high performing, growing, sales function;
- Some international experience would be beneficial to the role;
- Knowledge of future development and trends within the commercial real estate sector;
- Strong experience and knowledge within the Commercial Real Estate sector – either working within the sector or selling to the major players;
- Experience or interest within the sustainability sector;
- Ability to lead from the front in business development activity whilst also managing a team;
- Language skills are useful, particularly French or German.
