Team Compliance Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Team Compliance Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out matter inception risk checks including AML, sanctions and conflict checks;
- Maintaining templates for client engagement documents;
- Liaising with the CRM technical team to request changes to the system, advise of functionality issues and test updates;
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting;
- Advising on KYC due diligence requirements, reviewing KYC documents and advising when further checks are necessary;
- Ad hoc administrative and research tasks;
- Monitor team inbox and share or escalate tasks as appropriate;
- Working with fee earners to complete matter opening risk assessments;
- Entering new clients, matters and opportunities into the CRM system;
- Reviewing existing client engagement documentation and providing draft documentation where necessary;
- Initiating new supplier onboarding processing including assisting with due diligence checks and advising on other requirements;
- Closing opportunities and matters including carrying out file closure risk assessments;
- Assist in developing, improving and training the firm’s policies and processes;
- Monitoring completion of onboarding tasks and following up where necessary.

- Degree educated with a minimum 2.1 result or at least a year’s experience providing compliance administration;
- Ideally experience using a client relationship management (CRM) system or similar;
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
