Our company is looking for a Training and Competence Administrator / L&D Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all invoices are passed to authorised signatories promptly;
  • To report any T&C failures/breaches to the Training and Competence Officer;
  • To comply with PSG gifts and entertainment policy;
  • To report to Line Management any serious issues affecting Punter Southall Wealth, Punter Southall SIPP or Punter Southall Aspire;
  • Acts with professionalism and integrity;
  • To ensure expenses are not incurred over and above the staff norms.

Requirements:

  • Willing to develop a working knowledge of FCA TC and FIT regulations/Certification Regime requirements;
  • Ability to communicate at all levels;
  • Experience of T&C within a financial services environment;
  • Report writing skills;
  • Proven communication, analytical and interpretation skills.
