Training and Competence Administrator / L&D Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Training and Competence Administrator / L&D Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all invoices are passed to authorised signatories promptly;
- To report any T&C failures/breaches to the Training and Competence Officer;
- To comply with PSG gifts and entertainment policy;
- To report to Line Management any serious issues affecting Punter Southall Wealth, Punter Southall SIPP or Punter Southall Aspire;
- Acts with professionalism and integrity;
- To ensure expenses are not incurred over and above the staff norms.
Requirements:
- Willing to develop a working knowledge of FCA TC and FIT regulations/Certification Regime requirements;
- Ability to communicate at all levels;
- Experience of T&C within a financial services environment;
- Report writing skills;
- Proven communication, analytical and interpretation skills.
