Our company is looking for a US Wholesale Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with ad-hoc departmental projects;
  • Act as a main point of contact for all US agents;
  • Proactively work with global wholesale managers to promote best practice and increase sales;
  • Working with events team and agents to run all UK showrooms;
  • Monitor seasonal and yearly performance, by delivering relevant reports and business reviews;
  • Minimise lost sales or customer cancellations and coordinate, where necessary, with other departments to find solutions;
  • Managing the US sales team and working collaboratively with sales agents to achieve company targets for retention and growth;
  • Stay fully informed of competitors and market trends;
  • Liaise with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand guidelines are maintained across the US stores;
  • Ensure the Brand is well represented in stores and/or online and drive Marketing opportunities;
  • Deliver structured feedback to the design team and Head of Wholesale on collection performance;
  • Work with Head of Wholesale to develop seasonal strategies, incentives around events and holidays to ensure company’s targets are achieved;
  • Identify customer requirements and opportunities and coordinate with other departments to implement;
  • Track weekly sales and report actions on opportunities or risks;
  • Work with the Head of Wholesale to establish and execute a clear commercial strategy for the US market to maximise wholesale revenue.

Requirements:

  • valid passport;
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Excellent market awareness and analytical skills;
  • Accountable by nature with the desire to make an impact;
  • Strong team management skills;
  • Experience of working in an entrepreneurial and driven environment;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building skills and the ability to influence;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
