US Wholesale Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a US Wholesale Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with ad-hoc departmental projects;
- Act as a main point of contact for all US agents;
- Proactively work with global wholesale managers to promote best practice and increase sales;
- Working with events team and agents to run all UK showrooms;
- Monitor seasonal and yearly performance, by delivering relevant reports and business reviews;
- Minimise lost sales or customer cancellations and coordinate, where necessary, with other departments to find solutions;
- Managing the US sales team and working collaboratively with sales agents to achieve company targets for retention and growth;
- Stay fully informed of competitors and market trends;
- Liaise with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand guidelines are maintained across the US stores;
- Ensure the Brand is well represented in stores and/or online and drive Marketing opportunities;
- Deliver structured feedback to the design team and Head of Wholesale on collection performance;
- Work with Head of Wholesale to develop seasonal strategies, incentives around events and holidays to ensure company’s targets are achieved;
- Identify customer requirements and opportunities and coordinate with other departments to implement;
- Track weekly sales and report actions on opportunities or risks;
- Work with the Head of Wholesale to establish and execute a clear commercial strategy for the US market to maximise wholesale revenue.
Requirements:
- valid passport;
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role;
- Strong commercial acumen;
- Excellent market awareness and analytical skills;
- Accountable by nature with the desire to make an impact;
- Strong team management skills;
- Experience of working in an entrepreneurial and driven environment;
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building skills and the ability to influence;
