Our company is looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly visit national and key independent accounts, focusing on major cities across the UK;
  • Liaise with store managers when POP will be delivered to accounts & oversee the installation;
  • Creatively re-merchandise each account to effectively provide Skechers with the best product visibility;
  • Design and mock-up window and in-store displays for key accounts;
  • Create & update training presentations which will be used as a selling tool for accounts;
  • Coordinate special POP orders for national accounts by working with the Trade Marketing team;
  • Conduct seminars to educate store management & sales associates on Skechers products & presentation;
  • Assist the marketing team at all trade shows, conference, press events and promotional events;
  • Liaising with vendors to develop POP Items;
  • Develop & nurture relationships with all independent & department store managers, buyers & sales associates through ongoing & timely interaction;
  • Working with key accounts to create promotional events to help drive sales and increase brand awareness throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Photography would be a bonus;
  • Attention to detail is your middle name;
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours;
  • A creative individual with a flair for store and POS design;
  • Embrace any ad-hoc projects from time to time;
  • Creative problem solver and able to think quick on your feet whilst managing and prioritising your time accordingly;
  • You are professional and can exceed in a fast paced environment with integrity and energy;
  • Brilliant knowledge of Adobe Suite, SketchUp and AutoCAD. Photoshop and Excel skills need to be excellent;
  • Ability to manage multiple VM projects with an understanding of budget allocations with super motivation;
  • A flare for building and growing relationships across all levels;
  • Strong organisational skills, and experience in handling day-to-day office administration and multiple calendars;
  • Previous experience already working within a VM or Retail capacity;
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to follow direction and work with confidence in a team.
