Our company is looking for a Data Insight Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement A/B tests, measure and communicate results;
- Support the optimisation of the company’s pricing to improve revenue and profit;
- Support the reporting of site performance across a range of areas;
- Applying statistical models to complex data;
- Maintain and improve the company’s management information reports (KPIs);
- Understand the key drivers of site performance and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Utilise data analysis and data mining techniques to help the business understand the diverse customer database;
- Create and deliver a range of reports to internal and external teams;
- Support the business analytically on BAU performance reporting & analysis;
- Develop your skills and knowledge and share with others to improve the standard of data analysis across the business;
- Apply Mathematical Modelling and Statistical analysis to segment customer groups accordingly;
- Communicate complex MI to a non-statistical audience, present conclusions from analysis to enhance decision making with stakeholders;
- Providing effective and relevant media at a relevant time;
- Create and maintain a suite of dashboards to ensure teams have accurate and actionable data;
- Adhoc data reporting requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of an analytical or insight role;
- English, Full professional proficiency;
- Experience in clustering and prediction models;
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics or other related field;
- Good understanding of machine learning;
- QlikSense, Power BI or similar;
- Excel – Marcos, VBA;
- Handling large data and making conclusions from the data;
- Experience of providing insight-based analysis;
- Experience in analysis and modelling;
- Strong knowledge of R or Python and SQL;
- Excellent communication skills.
