Our company is looking for a Pricing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring knowledge is kept up to date on company products and it’s competitors;
  • Business Intelligence on the use and success of pricing strategies, providing information to both the Commericial and Finance teams;
  • Work with the BI, FP&A and Brand teams as appropriate;
  • Management of the Monthly Pricing Forum;
  • Reporting on pricing variables, market competitiveness and brand pricing and profitiability;
  • Provide training to the sales teams around pricing strategy and profitability;
  • Provide Analysis and Advice to Sales and Commericial teams using Pricing models and producing bespoke models;
  • Market research into competitor pricing trends;
  • Governance of portfolio pricing models, updating key variables;
  • Support the delivery of dynamic pricing and commercial actions that will help with the analysis of the Group’s mortgage strategy;
  • Work with other colleagues across function to ensure that propositions complement each other;
  • Enhance the pricing of mortgage products to achieve targets;
  • Build a deep and insightful understanding of customer behaviour.

Requirements:

  • Financial services or Banking experience;
  • Analytical Skills & Experience dealing with large data sources;
  • Extensive Pricing experience- preferably around Mortgages;
  • Strong background in Statistics and Quantitative Analysis;
  • Previous experience in a Pricing based role, proven decision making skills with the ability to make recommendations;
  • Must have the ability to handle complex data using Advanced Excel skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex technical data to all level stakeholders;
  • Solution oriented outlook, forumlating ideas and questions current processes;
  • Proven experience in Pricing Models within a Pricing, Commericial and Financial Environment;
  • Strong Senior Stakeholder management;
  • Negotiate and Influence to promote and implement new ideas.
