Our company is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the visual presentation of the retail concession is maintained and in line with brand standards at all times;
- Responsible for achieving set targets and all other defined KPIs;
- Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful work place;
- Assist with cleaning duties to ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of presentation;
- Maintain high stands of stock replenishment and ensure all items on display are correctly priced;
- Telling customers about the brand and its products;
- Create and bring to life the brand working on the trade side of the business;
- Offering advice and guidance;
- Lead the successful implementation of new launches of products to market;
- Responsible for results management and analysing brand activity on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure sales and profitability increase;
- Develop, lead and implement marketing strategy across the activity plan with local and regional teams;
- Working on the shop floor you will be responsible for engaging with customers;
- Identify market and competitor trends.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude;
- Organised, reliable and well presented;
- Ability to work independently;
- Experience in customer facing roles (previous Brand Ambassador/ Sampling experience favoured but not essential);
- Friendly, approachable and outgoing in nature;
- Ability to follow instructions, briefings and problem solve;
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Don’t worry to much if you don’t have one as we can assist you in gaining this);
