  • Dealing with house styles;
  • Convert PDF’s;
  • Amending offering circulars;
  • Working to timescales;
  • Capacity to work from home after 6-month;
  • Changing documents to in house format/style;
  • Communicating with teams;
  • working as part of a team;
  • Typing via digital dictation;
  • Proof reading all work for spelling, grammar, punctuation;
  • Use of various software packages;
  • Reformatting documents including track changes.

Requirements:

  • PowerPoint presentations;
  • Dealing with house styles;
  • Convert PDF’s;
  • Amending offering circulars;
  • Experience of working with complex documents in a similar role;
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail skills;
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and good experience of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • The ability to work as part of a team and to establish good working relationships at all levels.
