Our company is looking for a Front of House to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sign in drivers to their scheduled events, issuing race uniform and assisting with any other requirements;
  • Welcoming guests and collecting visitors from the main foyer;
  • Manning the main switchboard and re-directing calls;
  • Issuing visitor passes and minding security access for all floors of the building;
  • Booking rooms and serving refreshments at meetings;
  • Managing the petty cash, including foreign currency;
  • Creating payment information forms for invoices;
  • Various Front of House based admin tasks;
  • Travel booking to support Executive Assistants when required;
  • Taking orders and preparing them as necessary;
  • Managing the running of the till system and take payments for sales;
  • Service of food, soft drinks, & alcoholic beverages;
  • Organising staff for bookings;
  • Managing and running the company membership programme;
  • Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction and to refer them to management if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Hours: 08:30-6.00;
  • Available to work evenings and weekends;
  • Start date: ASAP;
  • The candidate must be professional, reliable & confident when liaising with customers;
  • Have excellent communication, people and team working skills;
  • Full time, permanent Monday-Friday;
  • Have the drive and commitment to be successful to further develop their skills;
  • Holidays: 20 days, plus the Christmas holiday period and bank holidays;
  • Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst working.
