Our company is looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk 12 month FTC to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing employee expenses;
  • Ad hoc analysis and assisting with month end closing;
  • Reconciliations of bank accounts and ad hoc supplier statements;
  • Processing of all purchase invoices across several legal entities;
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure invoices and expenses are authorised correctly;
  • Coding invoices and expenses to cost centres;
  • Dealing with supplier queries efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Personable character;
  • Previous experience of posting invoices in high volumes;
  • Well versed with Excel (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables);
  • Available to start ASAP;
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting.
