Our company is looking for a Administration Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Departments stationery orders;
  • Supporting Associates/ Executives in day-to-day duties;
  • Ad-hoc duties for senior management;
  • Invoicing production, liaising with Finance Team;
  • Bank account opening;
  • Updating and issuing structure charts monthly based on Compliance timeframes;
  • Supporting the corporate actions risk review process;
  • Ensuring management information records are maintained;
  • Travel arrangements for senior management, executives and associates;
  • Production of weekly and monthly reports for Head of Client Business Management;
  • Money transfers between bank accounts;
  • Collecting and formulating the weekly update report to Director reporting line;
  • Handling enquiries from clients, advisers and other business contacts;
  • Comply with Link’s ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ policy at all times;
  • Monitor departmental training requirements alongside the other team Supervisors and with Learning and Development team.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the stocks and shares industry either within a brokerage or registrar environment;
  • GCSE Maths grade C minimum (or equivalent);
  • 2 years regulated business experience;
  • IOC or ICSA qualification;
  • GCSE English grade C minimum (or equivalent);
  • FCA experience and awareness;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel, Word & Outlook.
