Our company is looking for a Appointment Maker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts, sometimes through effective cold calling;
  • Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date;
  • Manage your own diary/CRM system;
  • Booking 10 – 15 qualified appointments per week;
  • Making outbound calls to secure appointments for the Directors – lapsed, existing and prospect clients;
  • Working closely with Business Development Managers and ensure the field sales team have full diaries with quality appointments;
  • To source and arrange appointments for Business Development Managers;
  • Sending out company information to clients;
  • To proactively monitor all incoming leads and qualify;
  • Other duties as required;
  • Regular liaison with Directors to ensure the quality of leads is of a high standard.

  • Excellent communicator, including, writing, listening and presenting ideas;
  • Self-awareness & ability to adapt to different profiles & levels of experience;
