Our company is looking for a Appointment Maker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts, sometimes through effective cold calling;
- Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date;
- Manage your own diary/CRM system;
- Booking 10 – 15 qualified appointments per week;
- Making outbound calls to secure appointments for the Directors – lapsed, existing and prospect clients;
- Working closely with Business Development Managers and ensure the field sales team have full diaries with quality appointments;
- To source and arrange appointments for Business Development Managers;
- Sending out company information to clients;
- To proactively monitor all incoming leads and qualify;
- Other duties as required;
- Regular liaison with Directors to ensure the quality of leads is of a high standard.
