Apprentice Nursery Chef Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Apprentice Nursery Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions;
- Developing menus and healthy snacks alongside our Head Chef;
- A willingness to learn new skills and the ability to identify when support is needed;
- The ability to relate and interact with children;
- Preparing and cooking food for our children in line with the EYNP adhering to ‘good nutritional practice’
- Adhere to all policies and procedures;
- Excellent references and a clear enhanced DBS (this will be paid for by Fennies);
- Good level of numeracy and literacy (minimum level 1 functional skills, GCSE Maths and English grades D-F or equivalent);
- A reasonable level of IT skills would be an advantage.
