Our company is looking for a Assistant Head Office Accounts to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Submitting manufacturer composites;
  • Reconciling Key accounts – (Finance commission, Gap, external warranty);
  • Reconcile all manufacture statements on a monthly basis;
  • Compliance with all group policies and procedures;
  • Processing and getting authorization for daily payments;
  • Reconcile debtor reports and send out to managers;
  • Supporting BFC with all daily and monthly processes;
  • Reconciling vehicle bonus accounts;
  • Daily bank reconciliations;
  • Supporting head office and dealership functions as necessary;
  • Supporting all accounting functions (Receivables, payables and sales admin).

Requirements:

  • Have good numerate and literate skills;
  • Ability to work with colleagues and offer support and training when required;
  • Excellent computer skills – Excel, word and Outlook;
  • Understanding of the DMS systems;
  • Maintain a well-organised work ethic to enable the best practice for the role;
  • Ability to communicate with managers.
