Our company is looking for a Assistant Head Office Accounts to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Submitting manufacturer composites;
- Reconciling Key accounts – (Finance commission, Gap, external warranty);
- Reconcile all manufacture statements on a monthly basis;
- Compliance with all group policies and procedures;
- Processing and getting authorization for daily payments;
- Reconcile debtor reports and send out to managers;
- Supporting BFC with all daily and monthly processes;
- Reconciling vehicle bonus accounts;
- Daily bank reconciliations;
- Supporting head office and dealership functions as necessary;
- Supporting all accounting functions (Receivables, payables and sales admin).
Requirements:
- Have good numerate and literate skills;
- Ability to work with colleagues and offer support and training when required;
- Excellent computer skills – Excel, word and Outlook;
- Understanding of the DMS systems;
- Maintain a well-organised work ethic to enable the best practice for the role;
- Ability to communicate with managers.
