Our company is looking for a Billing Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all relevant communication to customers in a timely and professional manner;
  • Effectively managing customer billing enquiries in a timely and professional manner and ensuring all relevant processes are met;
  • Responsibly enforce final settlement fees and collecting corresponding debt;
  • Ensure individual performance targets and agreed objectives are achieved and maintained;
  • Resolving anomalies / queries;
  • Obtaining and recording customer data;
  • Validating information relating to billing; cross referencing from engineering information;
  • To look for initiatives that will help the Company achieve it’s agreed targets;
  • Update and maintain accurate client information on internal and external database systems;
  • To ensure all work is actioned within agreed time scales;
  • Producing accurate bills;
  • Taking payments from customers;
  • Liaising with others departments to ensure a smooth customer experience;
  • Liaise with and support the Sales department to ensure billing can be delivered accurately and on time;
  • Manage the delivery of the direct debit process and submit customer direct debit mandates to the bank.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of large-scale billing and payment systems within the IT industry (desirable);
  • Results orientated and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment where they will be required to manage multiple tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fast learner with the ability and desire to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Customer Service oriented;
  • To ensure all work is actioned within agreed time scales;
  • Liaise with and support the Sales department to ensure billing can be delivered accurately and on time;
  • To look for initiatives that will help the Company achieve it’s agreed targets;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Proven experience in analysing data would be desirable;
  • Ensure individual performance targets and agreed objectives are achieved and maintained;
  • Confident in their abilities and communicating with people at all levels;
  • Can use own initiative;
  • Excellent IT Skills (especially Microsoft Office products must have Advanced Excel Experience).
