Bookings Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Booking and coordinating jobs for their team of engineers;
- Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy;
- Monitoring Booking emails and Portals;
- Maintain and grow the relationship with your clients and agency candidates;
- Work towards own individual KPI’s and targets set out by your line Manager;
- Liaising with the internal compliance team to gain numbers on new and existing candidates’ clearance;
- Liaising with candidates on a weekly basis to gain their availability;
- General day to day administration duties the team requires;
- Be responsible in organising the rotas by matching clinical staffed with client;
- Deal with any payroll queries that come in;
- Reporting faults to senior management in relation to maintenance, AV or specific requirements;
- Maintaining a professional look;
- Generic Administration as required by the client- Photocopying/ scanning/ faxing etc;
- Coordination of special requirements for functions and conferences;
- 5* Customer Service is required at all times.
Requirements:
- Some relevant experience working in a business administration / customer service environment;
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Experience of dealing with simultaneous and often conflicting demands from more than one person.
