Our company is looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and coordinating jobs for their team of engineers;
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy;
  • Monitoring Booking emails and Portals;
  • Maintain and grow the relationship with your clients and agency candidates;
  • Work towards own individual KPI’s and targets set out by your line Manager;
  • Liaising with the internal compliance team to gain numbers on new and existing candidates’ clearance;
  • Liaising with candidates on a weekly basis to gain their availability;
  • General day to day administration duties the team requires;
  • Be responsible in organising the rotas by matching clinical staffed with client;
  • Deal with any payroll queries that come in;
  • Reporting faults to senior management in relation to maintenance, AV or specific requirements;
  • Maintaining a professional look;
  • Generic Administration as required by the client- Photocopying/ scanning/ faxing etc;
  • Coordination of special requirements for functions and conferences;
  • 5* Customer Service is required at all times.

Requirements:

  • Some relevant experience working in a business administration / customer service environment;
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Experience of dealing with simultaneous and often conflicting demands from more than one person.
