Our company is looking for a Business Support Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • People Management e.g. providing cross over for colleagues;
  • Complete payroll chases and weekly checks;
  • Organise Friday treats for the company;
  • Provide admin/secretarial cover when required for all departments;
  • Finance and Resources e.g. ordering of stationery for the department;
  • Full time, up to 12-month maternity cover;
  • Complete monthly stock check;
  • Completing data entry tasks;
  • Update and manage SharePoint 2013 local intranet & updating SharePoint pages: e.g. travel and accommodation, health and safety, facilities etc;
  • Maintain up to date contact lists;
  • Book, arrange set up of conference rooms, arrange lunch for meetings, courier services etc;
  • Handling deliveries;
  • Apply and monitor the process of Visa Applications for UK based staff & collate Visa Invitation letters for overseas staff;
  • Leadership team diary management;
  • Assist with health and safety monitoring and carry out workstation assessments flagged up in DSE.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • has an excellent telephone manner;
  • A good sense of humour;
  • Monday to Thursday, 9am-5.30pm and 9-5 Fridays;
  • Has attention to detail;
  • Full time, up to 12-month maternity cover;
  • Advanced computer skills;
  • Prioritise workload;
  • dealing with (sometimes) complex tasks;
  • Multi-tasking;
  • Based in Dorking, Surrey with parking onsite.
