Responsibilities:

  • Account administration and amendments where required;
  • Helping with investment queries, website questions and help clients complete the application process;
  • Talk though complex investment processes with prospective clients;
  • Placing investment trades on behalf of clients and setting up client accounts on the system;
  • Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service, increasing our brand representation;
  • Taking inbound calls from clients enquiring about company products.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with all levels;
  • Telephone based customer service and admin background.
