Our company is looking for a Clerical Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Compiling statistics;
  • Writing and processing orders;
  • Operating IT and other office equipment;
  • Preparing and despatching accounts;
  • Updating patient information on PAS system;
  • Booking facilities;
  • Maintaining records associated with office stationery and equipment stores;
  • Word Processing documents;
  • Keeping diaries;
  • Maintaining filing systems;
  • Typing;
  • Handling petty cash;
  • Telephone duties;
  • Making bank lodgements;
  • Arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms and providing hospitality.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to take on minute taking;
  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Grades A-C);
  • Previous admin experience.
