Our company is looking for a Client Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying revenue development opportunities on allocated Client accounts and making recommendations to Client Manager;
  • Providing advice to clients around unusual lending situations and the potential insurance implications;
  • A team player who strives for continued personal development;
  • Effective working relationships with other Aon specialist areas of business;
  • Completing a report detailing the outcome of your review for the benefit of our client;
  • Professionally representing Aon, demonstrating an understanding of Corporate objectives;
  • Ensuring that you are fully aware of the days’ schedule and appointments in order to direct clients and staff;
  • Ensuring the best possible experience for each client with each visit;
  • Supporting the studio with standards and administration.

Requirements:

  • ACII qualified or progressing towards;
  • Proactive approach;
  • Background in property and/ or construction insurance;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines;
  • Embrace change and react positively;
  • Organised, with the ability to prioritise work, delivering accurately and on time;
  • High level of FCA Principle and Procedures;
  • Committed to growing their career;
  • Good level of technical knowledge in the major and pecuniary classes, property / casualty and combined;
  • ACII or equivalent is preferred but not essential;
  • Take ownership of problems and their resolution, seeking assistance where necessary;
  • Provide on-going communication with the client following queries/alterations and ensure client manager is kept appraised of developments;
