Our company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Management to test new product features prior to new releases;
  • Work with QA, as needed, to test new software and enhancements;
  • Troubleshoot software functionality, defects, data issues and user problems;
  • Conduct on-line client meetings and training sessions;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client telephone calls and emails;
  • Document, track and report on client-specific issues, ultimately bringing them to resolution at 1st line, or by escalation to 2nd/3rd;
  • Reproduce defects for internal research and problem resolution;
  • Responsible for liaising with external marketing companies, updating them on campaigns;
  • Providing support to the sales administrator team on customer enquiries and orders;
  • Responding to customer requests from the company website and social media platforms;
  • Liaising with the Sales Manager and Warehouse Manager on orders and arranging PO’s;
  • Uploading and processing invoices using SAGE;
  • Responsible for the company’s social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable presenting and training clients in both a one-on-one and group settings;
  • Proficiency in creating documentation including training materials and FAQs for clients;
  • Experience coordinating and leading meetings; documenting action items and following through to completion;
  • Fast learner who is eager to develop and grow new skills quickly;
  • Ability to work in collaborative environment with both local and remote team members;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; experience of helpdesk or CRM systems an advantage;
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines;
  • Ability to achieve objectives on time;
  • Positive attitude with excellent telephone communication and listening skills;
  • Experience in Financial Services, preferably in a client-facing support role;
  • An independent self-starter; ability to work individually and within a team;
  • Detail oriented and organized with good time management skills;
  • Demonstrable experience using excel skills;
  • Ability to work effectively with clients of varying skill levels and proficiencies;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to understand and drive client issues to resolution.
