Our company is looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work to pre-defined SLAs;
  • Promptly and accurately resolve email enquiries from clients;
  • Ensuring all client reports are produced within SLA and to a very high standard and all reports fulfil the client’s expectations;
  • Producing reports on Excel;
  • Issuing email alerts to clients along with any relevant supporting documentation;
  • Ad hoc duties as required;
  • Tracking client issues/requests and monitoring progress through to successful completion;
  • Processing administration requests from clients;
  • Review forms and documentation to ensure completion and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Analytical with great attention to detail;
  • Degree Qualified;
  • Advanced Excel essential – previous experience producing reports in Excel using functions like Vlookups and Pivot Tables;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – must have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Team Player;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
