Client Services Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work to pre-defined SLAs;
- Promptly and accurately resolve email enquiries from clients;
- Ensuring all client reports are produced within SLA and to a very high standard and all reports fulfil the client’s expectations;
- Producing reports on Excel;
- Issuing email alerts to clients along with any relevant supporting documentation;
- Ad hoc duties as required;
- Tracking client issues/requests and monitoring progress through to successful completion;
- Processing administration requests from clients;
- Review forms and documentation to ensure completion and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Analytical with great attention to detail;
- Degree Qualified;
- Advanced Excel essential – previous experience producing reports in Excel using functions like Vlookups and Pivot Tables;
- Excellent interpersonal skills – must have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal;
- Team Player;
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
